Critical Infrastructure
Dr. Martin is a Professor of Practice at Capitol Technology University. His work at Capitol Technology University is in the following functional areas: Critical Infrastructure, Industrial Control System Security, Identity, Credential, and Access Management. Ron has relationships with a diverse mix of businesses. He serves on a board of directors for many for-profit and non-profit organizations. Serves as a trustee for the Nigerian-Certified African Foundation for System Integration. Ron retired from the United States (U.S.) Army in 1999 and the U. S. Government in 2011. Between his tours of Federal Service, he served five years as a civilian police officer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. During his Federal Service, he served with the U. S. Department of Commerce and Health and Human Services as the program director for developing and implementing both departments’ Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) Programs. He now serves on the Security Industry Association Standards Committee. Ron is a former member of the ASIS International’s Commission on Standards & Guidelines Commission. Ron is a voting member of the United States Technical Advisory Group to the International Standards Organization (ISO), which works to develop and articulate the U.S. position by ensuring the involvement of U.S. stakeholders from the private and public sectors. Ron serves on the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO) Board of Directors. While on active duty, he served as Military Comptroller, Provost Marshal, Security Manager, and Doctrine Literature Writer and Instructor. Ron served as a Federal Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (FICAM) Roadmap Development Team member and provided FICAM Subject Matter Expertise by regularly advising and assisting Federal agencies and organizations engaged in Identity Credentialing activities. Member of International Foundation of Protection Officers. Serve as the vice chair of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) P2887 - Zero Trust Security Working Group (ZTSWG) and P3395 Artificial Intelligence Standards Working Group. Member of the Cloud Security Alliance Zero-Trust/ Software Defined Perimeter Expert’s Working Group. Designated by the U. S. State Department as a Fulbright Specialist. Fauziya Ali is the Founder and President of Women in International Security (WIIS) Horn of Africa (HoA). She is an expert in governance, gender and human security. She is currently serving as the steering committee member for the inaugural Paris Peace forum under the leadership of President Emanuel Macron of France and an evaluating Judge for the Larsen Lam Iconiq impact awards under MacArthur Foundation. She also chairs a regional network of women peace builders in the Horn of Africa. She is currently working on a e-photo book dubbed “faces of resilience” as part of the 20th commemoration of women peace and security agenda. Prior to establishing WIIS-HoA, Fauziya served as the coordinator of the African Peer review mechanism, NEPAD heads of state and Governance implementation committee, an instrument for monitoring performance in governance among African Union Member states. After the APRM process, she continued to lead a number of initiatives in governance and peacebuilding. She was the deputy chief of party for Somalia’s largest Stabilization programme in Somalia, managing projects assisting in the rebuilding of Somalia

He is a former member of the Australian Federal Police, working as a criminal intelligence specialist across different crime areas, including counter-terrorism, serious and organised crime and aviation security. He holds a Masters in Leadership (policing and security), a Postgraduate Diploma in International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology.</span> AMJANOVIC

Tobias Otieno See is a seasoned expert in strategic management and security services, with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Riley Falcon Security Services Ltd, where he oversees the overall management, strategy formulation, and policy enforcement of the company. His leadership has been pivotal in steering the company towards ISO certification, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance. Tobias has a robust background in security management, having held various positions at Riley Falcon Security Services Ltd since 1995, including Director, General Manager, and Branch Manager. His experience extends to the Kenya Police Reserve, where he served from 2000 to 2004, rising through the ranks from Constable to Inspector.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Dr. Fidel Agai is a sociologist specializing in the sociology of law. He is an expert in legal pluralism, ontological security and related theories. He holds a PhD in Sociology, a Master of Sociology, a Master of Art in public administration and policy management and a bachelor’s of education degree. He has extensive experience in police administration and management, strategic planning and research where he is skilled in qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, data analysis, presentation and reporting. He has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing teams of police officers in both complex urban and remote rural environments. He has contributed to the effective and efficient administration and operations of the National Police Service at lower and middle-level management levels. Some notable achievement includes his pioneer work in the actualization of the digital occurrence book and the youth desk concept during his tenure as the officer commanding Buruburu and KICC police stations. He is currently working as a lecturer at the National Police Leadership Academy. He is a member of the Kenya Association of Public Administration and Management (KAPAM). He is also the author of two books and several articles in journals and magazines.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Eric Davoine is the Group Head of Physical Security and Safety at AXA, a leading global insurance company. With a diverse professional background spanning over three decades, he brings a wealth of expertise to his current role.</span>   <span style="font-weight: 400;">Eric's career began in the French Foreign Legion, where he honed his skills in security operations, risk management and leadership. He then transitioned to the private sector, working as a security instructor and later as a security manager in a business bank.</span>   <span style="font-weight: 400;">In his current position at AXA, Eric oversees the company's physical security and safety measures across the world. He’s in charge of setting and improving the governance and providing the necessary advisory to all the companies within the Group.</span>   <span style="font-weight: 400;">He is also the Regional Vice-President of ASIS International's Region 9A.</span>   <span style="font-weight: 400;">Eric’s areas of expertise include leadership, security organization, risk assessment, and quality management. He’s also a university lecturer for close to a decade.</span>
